This introductory course provides employees with practical knowledge of workplace ergonomics, healthy movement habits, and the prevention of common problems associated with prolonged sitting and sedentary work. Participants will learn how to adjust their workstation, recognise common ergonomic risk factors, incorporate simple movement strategies into the working day, and apply these principles in everyday workplace situations.
